SHIPPING POLICY

The customer pay for shipping the product(s) to GEN Energy USA. We recommends that the customer

(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and

(2) either insure the package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that the customers are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

*MASK : Will-Call will be available at Corporate office, Buena Park California and as for large MOQ order,

we can deliver to the customer if they're located in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange County.

RETURN POLICY

2 Year Warranty

If the customer finds out the product defect within 7 days from the time of shipment from us,

then we accept the refund, repair, or replacement

*MASK : No warranty and no refund, only replacement is allowed if there is a factory defect within 5 days

from the time of  the goods being received by the customer.

PAYMENT METHOD

Basically the customer pays thru Paypal, however, the customer can pay with the credit card as long as they provide actual front and back copy of the credit card (3% credit card processing fee will be applied)
