Repair and Returns
GEN Energy requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all items in need of repair or being returned. To receive an RMA number, please e-mail info@GenEnergyUSA.com.

Please be sure to read all warranty information before sending your product. You will be quoted first prior to service for the Out of Warranty products.
NOTE: Warranties are NON- transferable, ONLY North America customer
Any product not arriving to us within 30 days after we issue RMA will be automatically disposed.
Note: All products should be sent to GEN Energy USA using a trackable and insured method.
Please email us the tracking number after sending the product(s).
Do not send Li-Ion battery packs through the United States Post Office. It is prohibited, UPS and FedEx preferable.
If the product(s) sent in for repair is determined to be functioning properly with no issue, then sender will be responsible for return shipping cost.
